Answers to what comes up most before booking a session.
How does booking work?+
Pick a package on the Packages page, add any add-ons, and submit a date request with a deposit. You will hear back within a couple of business days to confirm your date.
How much is the deposit?+
Each package lists its deposit percentage. The deposit is charged when you submit your request and reserves your date once confirmed.
What if my date gets declined?+
If a request cannot be accommodated, you're welcome to submit another inquiry with an alternate date and we'll do our best to accomodate you
When is the remaining balance due?+
The balance is due on the day of your session. We will follow up after your payment is confirmed.
How long does it take to recieve the photos?+
Clients will receive proofs within 3-5 days after the photos are taken. They can then select images for editing. Selected images will be uploaded to the gallery under "finals" within 5-10 business days. Additional photos for retouching can be purchased for $10 each.
What should i know when booking?+
Your retainer is non-refundable, as it reserves your session date and time. If you need to reschedule, please let me know at least 4 days in advance. One reschedule is permitted, subject to availability. Cancellations or no-shows will result in the forfeiture of the retainer, and a new retainer will be required to book another session.
